HealthSource Chiropractic of HealthSource Chiropractic of Marlboro is looking for a high-energy and super-friendly, Associate Chiropractor to join our team!
About Us
At HealthSource Chiropractic of Marlboro, we focus on helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehabilitation, and wellness services. Our clinic provides comprehensive care including chiropractic adjustments, rehab therapy, spinal decompression, laser therapy, and lifestyle guidance.
We are seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor who is passionate about patient outcomes and excited to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for both new graduates and early-career chiropractors looking to develop strong clinical and patient communication skills while building a long-term career.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Perform thorough patient examinations and evaluations including health history, posture analysis, and functional assessments
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified and other appropriate techniques
- Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients
- Provide progressive rehabilitation programs and soft tissue therapies
- Utilize treatment modalities such as spinal decompression, laser therapy, and corrective exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Patient Communication
- Deliver clear and confident Report of Findings (ROF) and treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term health strategies
- Build strong doctor–patient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction
Clinic Operations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with rehab specialists, chiropractic assistants, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Participate in team meetings and clinical training sessions
- Support the clinical operations of the clinic
Community Outreach & Growth
- Represent the clinic at community events, screenings, and health fairs
- Build referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient education and engagement
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
- Active New Jersey chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong adjusting and patient communication skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve long-term health outcomes
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable participating in community outreach and marketing events

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
